As someone with physical handicaps, I was pleased to find that the hotel provided excellent accessibility throughout. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and meticulously clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel is excellent, with Terminal 21 shopping mall and Phetburi MRT station just a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy, and the friendly staff even upgraded our room. The breakfast served by the cafe staff was excellent, and the hotel had convenient facilities like a Tops supermarket and food court nearby.

The room could be noisy at times, especially if you are a light sleeper.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel near Terminal 21. The location was superb, with the shopping center just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including the Skytrain and MRT stations. The peaceful and quiet surroundings made for a great night's sleep, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond by printing our boarding passes for free after I gave them feedback. The room was modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed, from a mini-bar to free Wi-Fi. I also loved the delicious buffet breakfast and the opportunity to relax with evening drinks in the cozy restaurant on the first floor.
